We focus on personalized service and strategic advocacy"”and we're looking for someone who shares those values.What You'll Do:Manage a full docket of family law cases from intake through resolution, including divorce, custody, support, and post-judgment mattersRepresent clients in court, depositions, mediations, and negotiationsDraft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreementsCollaborate with and mentor junior attorneys and staffQualifications:JD from an accredited law schoolActive license and good standing with the CA Bar5+ years of hands-on family law and litigation experienceProven courtroom experience and ability to manage high-conflict casesBenefits:Competitive Base Salary: $150,000 to $200,000 (DOE)100% paid medical benefits (top plan through Kaiser)4 to 5weeks of PTO 401k with a 4% matchBonus: End of year + % of collected fees
