Custom Order Jewelry Production Coordinator

Diamonds International is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Custom Order JewelryProduction Coordinator to ensure the smooth and efficient creation of custom jewelry pieces inOracle. This role is critical in managing the timeline of each custom order project from conception to final delivery. You will collaborate with our customer service team and manufacturing departments to ensure all milestones are met.Key Responsibilities• Oracle Execution: Create new styles, work definitions/bill of material, and generate work orders in Oracle. Source and gather raw materials for each custom order, organize them in job bags, and prepare shipments accordingly.• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve production delays or issues promptly, ensuring minimal impact on delivery timelines and client satisfaction.Qualifications• Experience: A basic understanding of diamonds, gemstones, and jewelry.• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) is required, experience in Oracle is a plus.• Time Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.• Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to the intricate details of custom jewelry production.• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate between internal teams and provide updates to clients.• Problem-Solving: Proactive and solutions-oriented, with the ability to anticipate and address production challenges effectively.• Team Player: Positive and collaborative attitude, with the ability to thrive under pressure in a team-based environment.• Passion for Jewelry: A strong interest in luxury jewelry, custom design, and craftsmanship is highly desirable
