The ideal candidate has strong trial experience, exceptional organizational skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.If you enjoy working alongside passionate trial lawyers, preparing for high-stakes cases, and being a valued part of a close-knit legal team"”this opportunity is for you.Key Responsibilities, including but not limited to:Provide comprehensive trial support Preparing exhibit lists, trial binders, and demonstrativesOrganizing and setting up war rooms and on-site logisticsCoordinating with vendors, witnesses, and courtroom staffAttending trials and assisting attorneys in real timeManage all phases of litigation support includingE-discovery and document production Drafting and organizing legal documents, pleadings, and discovery responsesCoordinating depositions, hearings, arbitrations, and mediationsFiling documents electronically using iManage or similar systemsMaintain calendars, track deadlines, and ensure court rules and procedures are followedCollaborate with attorneys and other team members to proactively manage case needs and trial schedulesRequirements:5+ years of commercial litigation paralegal experience requiredStrong trial prep and in-court support experience highly preferredProficient with litigation software: iManage, Trial Director, Centerbase, Relativity (or similar platforms)Comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-moving environmentHighly organized, detail-oriented, and confident communicatorAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate preferredBenefits:Paid medical, dental, and vision401(k) with firm match120 hours of PTO annually + paid holidaysPaid parking in buildingProfessional development and training opportunities
