We are seeking a results-driven Senior Buyer to lead procurement for our LED product line. This role requires a seasoned professional with demonstrated expertise in international sourcing, particularly across Asia: China, Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, and India, to drive cost reductions and ensure supply continuity. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, cross-functional collaboration abilities, and a data-driven purchasing and inventory management approach.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute weekly replenishment purchases by analyzing StockIQ inventory planning tools, Order Review Reports, and BI dashboards.Lead product cost negotiations with suppliers, achieving targeted cost savings while maintaining quality standards.Issue and manage purchase orders with full ownership of accuracy, timing, and PO lifecycle updates.Collaborate in the Consensus S&OP process to align supply with forecasted demand and achieve inventory performance targets.Monitor and manage key buying metrics (fill rate, months of supply, in-stock %), with accountability for LED category savings.Track and prioritize inbound shipments, coordinating with warehouse teams to expedite urgent containers and maintain healthy inventory levels.Leverage deep knowledge of international production planning and logistics to resolve shipment delays or vendor capacity issues proactively.Build and sustain long-term supplier partnerships through consistent, goal-oriented communication and performance management.Coach, develop, and manage the LED Buyer and Purchasing Assistant to strengthen team capabilities and support career growth.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).5-7 years of progressive experience in purchasing, supply planning, and international sourcing.Proven success negotiating product costs and managing suppliers.Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.Understanding global logistics, import/export regulations, and supplier lead time management.Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with planning, logistics, and warehouse operations.What You'll Get: The opportunity to lead and shape the future of residential lighting, making a significant impact on the company and industry.
