Job Description

We are seeking a highly qualified mid-level associate to senior-level/counsel to work out of our New York City (Midtown Manhattan) office.The candidate will have 3 - 12 years (classes 2013 - 2022) of strong complex commercial litigation experience, including taking and defending depositions, researching, drafting pleadings, managing e-discovery, and handling large-scale document productions. Experience with civil/criminal antitrust, class action, product liability, securities, environmental, corporate governance litigation, or internal investigations is helpful but not required. Judicial clerkship is a plus. U.S. Federal Court experience is required.Superior academic credentials, excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills required. New York State Bar is requiredAll candidates must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher and graduated from one of the top 50 U.S. law schools.
