Proposal Coordinator

Inserso Corporation is looking for a competitive, energetic, and organized proposal coordinator to support its business development activities. This individual will work closely with our business development team to analyze Request for Proposals and Information - RFPs/RFIs, support proposal creation, and support our marketing efforts. Specific responsibilities include: Reviewing RFPs and preparing analysis sheetsAnalyzing acquisition documents (RFIs, RFQs, RFPs) to understand customer prioritiesReviewing customer requirements and assessing alignment to Inserso's core capabilitiesSupporting our Proposal Managers to create proposal outlines, schedules, compliance documents, and customer data callsManaging document versions and integrating content from multiple participantsFormatting proposal documents using MS Office Tools (Word & PowerPoint)Coordinating our marketing activities, including attending events, developing graphics, and updating collateralSupporting our business development team with capture researchOther duties as assigned in support of proposal developmentRequired Skills:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent work experienceExperience running projects, events, etc. in a formal mannerAbility to thrive in a fast paced, competitive, and constantly changing environmentStrong communication skills, utilizing graphics, charts, presentations, etc.Strong organization skills and excellent attention to detailUS Citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearanceStrong persuasive writing and content editing skillsStrong Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skillsDesired Skills:General knowledge of IT concepts, technologies, and methodologies such as: networks, cyber security, software development, cloud computing, service desk management, ITIL, DevOps, Agile, or SDLCMarketing background (experience with marketing plans, branding, storytelling, graphics)Graphics background (developing technical graphics)
