In-House Paralegal

In-House ParalegalA private investment firm and family office dedicated to advancing superior healthcare through a diversified portfolio of global investments is seeking a sharp, experienced Paralegal with 5+ years of experience in bankruptcy and commercial litigation to join their in-house legal team. This is a hands-on, in-person hybrid role based in their suburban PA office in Bala Cynwyd, with occasional travel to New York. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and comfortable supporting complex litigation and restructuring matters in a fast-paced, private investment environment. Bachelor's degree and paralegal certification strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities:Provide support in bankruptcy matters, including Chapter 11 proceedings and workouts. Draft and review motions, pleadings, discovery, and related litigation documents in federal and state court. Conduct legal and factual research; prepare case summaries and timelines. Manage litigation calendars, deadlines, and document production workflows. Assist in internal investigations and due diligence related to active litigation or distressed acquisitions. Coordinate with outside counsel and internal stakeholders to track matter status and updates. Maintain and organize legal files, correspondence, and case documentation.
