You will leverage your strong accounting foundation and proven experience in sales reporting to transform raw data into actionable intelligence, empowering leadership to make informed strategic choices. This role demands a solid understanding of accounting principles, mastery of financial modeling, and the ability to communicate complex financial information with clarity and impact.Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:Crafting comprehensive financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and critical financial metrics on a regular basis.Conducting in-depth analyses of financial data for routine reporting and ad-hoc requests, providing valuable insights to the FP&A Director.Identifying trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for operational and financial improvement through rigorous data analysis.Developing and maintaining budgets and financial forecasts by analyzing historical performance and collaborating with company leaders on future projections.Investigating and explaining variances between actual results and established budgets or forecasts, contributing to the development of corrective actions.Creating user-friendly sales reports for the sales department, offering clear visibility into goal progress.Collaborating with the technology team to establish and maintain the CRM system's structure and functionality to align with sales and financial objectives.Partnering with sales teams to understand their evolving reporting needs and ensure accurate and insightful capture of sales data.Building and maintaining sophisticated financial models to support strategic decision-making, scenario planning, and future financial performance forecasting.Utilizing advanced Microsoft Excel skills to develop robust and accurate financial projections.Participating in special projects and initiatives as directed by management.Collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and contribute to organizational goals.What You'll Bring to the Team:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related roles.Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling techniques, and accounting software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP).Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial statements.Proven experience in sales reporting and working with CRM systems.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and effectively.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and reasonableness.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.The Ideal Candidate Will Also Possess:Exceptional attention to detail, dependability, and follow-through.Ability to thrive under demanding time constraints and production goals.Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and present clear recommendations.A strong work ethic and excellent time management skills.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.A professional and positive company image.The ability to work under tight deadlines and minimal supervision.Expert project planning skills, including the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage responsibilities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
