Coda is working with a respected, global private equity firm that manages assets in the hundred billions. They are adding a new Director of Compensation to their team to work on design, implementation, and management of the firm's global compensation plans. Responsibilities:Conduct market analyses to assess the ability to compete with the marketHelp strategize and implement plans to support the attraction and retention of top industry talentOversee the administration of the firm base pay, bonuses, RSU grants and equity comp packagesReview compliance with state, federal, and local lawsProvide advice, compensation recommendations and equity solutions to senior leadershipLead the annual review process, oversee salary adjustments and promotionsUse HR data analytics to support the firm compensation strategyReport on industry compensation trends, pay equity and similar metricsHire and train additional team members as neededWork with other department heads to ensure compliance with the firm programRequirements:12-15 years of experience in compensation management within alternative asset managementExperience with private equity and/or private creditStrong knowledge of compensation laws and regulationsAbility to review data and derive insights from the information
