Payroll Specialist

Our client, a global manufacturing company is looking for an experience Payroll Specalist to join their team! This role is fully on-site in Secaucus, NJ. They are looking for someone with strong HRIS knowledge, and able to handle multi-state payroll. Process payroll for multiple locations using ADP software.Coordinate and review employee hours using E-Time and related interfaces.Handle and reconcile garnishmentsProcess 401k filesMaintain records of vacation, sick, and personal leave days.Manage the relationship with ADP.Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and supervisors.Maintain employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring accurate personnel and data changes with HR assistance.Ensure compliance with company policies and verify adherence.Review payroll deductionsInterpret and enforce company policies and government regulations related to payroll procedures.Monitor and coordinate the preparation of government reports through ADP.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree (BA) or equivalent from a four-year college or technical school5-10+ years of work experience ADP payroll software, and HRIS system UKG UltiPro.
