Key Responsibilities:Manage administrative tasks for Workers' Compensation and ADA casesTrack medical documentation and employee recovery progressAssist with timecard corrections, password resets, and system accessConduct candidate pre-screens and coordinate hourly interviewsMaintain HR records and provide daily support to on-site employeesCommunicate effectively with Spanish-speaking staff on the production floorQualifications:Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)3+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment is a mustProven experience supporting a blue-collar workforceStrong administrative, organizational, and communication skillsExperience with ADP Workforce Now highly preferred
