Currently, we are in the process of obtaining ISO certification, and we use FDA-approved resins.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Weldon, NC for a Shift Supervisor in Polyethylene Blown Film Manufacturing. The Shift Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met. Responsibilities include managing the production team, troubleshooting equipment issues, scheduling shifts, maintaining inventory levels, and coordinating with various departments to streamline operations.QualificationsMust Have Blown Film ExperienceTeam Management and Team Leadership skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesKnowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment maintenanceAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in manufacturing facilityProcess Oriented, follow directions as instructed
