With over 25 years of experience, we specialize in service, installation, and preventative maintenance for various types of HVAC equipment.Residential HVAC Technician Position Summary:To assist in achievement of the company's strategic objective and annual goals through the QRC delivery of exceptional service and support reflective of QRC vision, mission, purpose, and values. Responsibilities:Create a positive customer experience by completing the service correctly the first time with quality and care to applicable codes, to avoid refunds and recalls.Consistently provide accurate pricing using our flat rate pricebook.Perform a thorough and accurate HVAC inspection including Health and Safety Checklist and communicate findings to the customer in a written option sheet.Understand when to issue a "Lock Out/Tag Out" tag and the required follow-up steps.When issues are identified, prepare a detailed finding report with pictures to discuss with the customer. Present repair options to include cost using the options sheet.Complete all required documentation on services and collect, record, and deliver fees to designated office administration.Responsible to contact dispatch to disposition recall and warranty jobs to assure they are recorded correctly.Facilitate order for all parts required for appointments and ensure preparedness for the day of service.Record all material used or consumed on the job for job costing and replenishing.Work with manager/dispatch to reschedule a follow-up appointment with the customer when the work was not completed during the initial appointment.Transport materials and tools to the job site and provide proper accounting of assigned tools.Keep truck clean, stocked and accurately inventoried.Protect customer's home from damage while working and leave customer's home cleaner than when you arrived.Coordinate with other departments to ensure appropriate job objectives are met effectively and completely.Inform a team lead/supervisor/manager if the customer does not have HVAC service before leaving the call.Communicate the benefits of Club Memberships.Manage to performance metrics scorecard.Report any safety issues to team lead, supervisor, and/or manager.Perform other duties as assigned.Benefits include but not limited to:-Company Vehicle-Team Work Environment-Electronic Dispatching-Huge Advancement Opportunities-Service and Installation Field Support-Health Insurance with no waiting period-Supplemental Insurance-Simple Retirement Account with Company Match-Paid Vacation & Sick Days-Phone Stipend-Very Competitive SalaryHVAC Additional Benefits:Health insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceRetirement plan with Employer MatchPaid time offFlexible scheduleSales bonuses based on performanceOtherHVAC Schedule:Day shiftOn callThis Job Is Ideal for Someone Who Is:Driven to succeed and hungryDependable Adaptable/flexibleDetail-orientedCustomer Service oriented
