Healthcare Transactional Associate Attorney - New York CityOur client, an Am Law 200 law firm, is seeking an associate with strong health care transactional experience to join their growing team. This position is based in the firm's New York office.The estimated salary range for this position is $250,000-$370,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.Qualifications:3-6 years of strong health care transactional experience, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and joint ventures for health care stakeholdersStrong interest in and enthusiasm for health care issues and trends and a strong health care regulatory backgroundExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detailExcellent legal research and analytical skillsEffective and efficient problem-solving capabilities with the ability to work independently and proactively and to develop creative solutions to meet client and team needsJD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentialsAdmitted to the New York State Bar (and in good standing)All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
