Position Title: ServiceNow Technology Engineer Provide locations/flexible work by preference: In order of preference:Pittsburgh, PA Dallas, TX Strongsville, OH Birmingham, AL Phoenix, AZIndependent Visa Holders only"”NO Visa sponsorship Ability to work remote: Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 remote REQUIRED Acceptable time zone(s): EST preferred Days of the week: Monday-Friday Working Hours (Flexible): 8am-5pm OT: No Travel: No Intended length of Assignment: Through EOYFunction of the Group: Manages ServiceNow as a whole Initiatives/Projects: Migrating to new experience of ServiceNow Industry background: ServiceNow background, Prior BankingRoles and Responsibilities:• Perform design tasks and develop components of application and technical architecture • Develop test cases and data • Execute tests for the application or technical architecture components, work with other programmers, designers, and architects to meet application requirements and performance goals, participate in code reviews, inform the technical architect and project manager of any issues that may affect any other areas of the project, fix any defects and performance problems discovered in testing, document the application to facilitate maintenance. • Assists with selecting appropriate platforms, integrates and configures solutions. • Develops software components and hardware for new and emerging technology projects; aligns these with business strategies and objectives. • May provide consultation on common issues and best practices for junior staff. • Provides a systematic analysis on client requirements within the traceability framework and resolves any functional problems encountered. • Ensures quality of project deliverables while maintaining compliance with relevant standards and processes.Must Have Technical Skills: Level 3 - 8 years+ preferred by HM -ITOM & Discovery - Experience in Configuration into CMDB, Custom Probes & Sensors, MID Server Configurations, IP Range Creation, Service Mapping, Service Gap Connectors Service Graph & Mapping - Experience in Service Mapping Implementation, CI Relationship Management Configurations - Experience in Configuration of ITBM, HRSD, CSM. Creating Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI & Data Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, Script Includes, Access Control Lists Integration & Automation - Experience in ServiceNow Integration but not limited to Salesforce, WorkDay, Ping, CyberArk, HAM, SAM, Azure, Dynatrace, Splunk Performance Analytics - Design & Implementation of Dashboard, Reports ITSM - Experience working on Change, Incident, Demand, Portfolio, Knowledge, Problem management Migration & Upgrade - ServiceNow version upgrade, Use of ATF, Update set migration between lower env instances Service Portal, Employee Centre, Employee Centre Pro, Service Catalog ExperienceFlex Skills/Nice to Have: Agile Development Project Portfolio Management Demand Management Resource Management Innovation Management Cost Management Test Management Portfolio & Strategic Planning Investment Funding Portfolio Management Scenario (Financial) PlanningEducation/Certifications:ServiceNow System Administration Certified preferred, degree not required.
