Intellectual Property Litigation AttorneyOur client is a top Am law firm, seeking a mid-level associate for its Intellectual Property Litigation practice. This position is open nationwide with a preference for San Francisco, Houston, Dallas, Denver, Kansas City, or Washington, D.C. The salary for this position is between $230k to $310k, depending on experience.Qualifications4+ years of patent litigation experience.Federal Circuit experience is a plus.Technical or science degree is a plus [but not required].Strong academic credentials.Law firm or clerkship experience.Excellent writing, research and communication skills.
