Juris Doctor (JD) degree and a valid license to practice law ?? 3-7 years of experience in legal roles, particularly in employment law, contract law, or corporate legal advisory ?? A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and manage legal risks before they arise ?? Strong communication skills and the ability to break down complex legal concepts for business teams ?? Familiarity with the light industrial staffing industry is a plus, but not required ??
