Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Supply Chain Specialist - IIIPosition type: Full-time- ContractDuration: 08 Months Location: Santa Monica, California As a Supply Chain Specialist - III you will:Manage sourcing requests and internal Item RequestsRequest quotes, samples, and documentation from suppliersOnboards suppliers and materials into the ERP system(s)Serves as the SME (subject matter expert) for the Go to Market Process (RFI, RFP, RFx) including eSourcing tools such as Ariba Sourcing.Conducts analysis to support sourcing activities (RFx, negotiations, category strategy, business case development, savings initiatives) Sourcing Assessment of Supplier Change NotificationsWorks closely with cross-functional stakeholders to address their needs and ensure AQSCI from the supplier baseAdministration of Confidently and or Statement of Work agreements under the direction of the Category LeadsEngages with various Tech Ops functions such as Planning, Logistics, PD, MSAT and Quality for appropriate programs and projectsPartners with Category Leads to drive Supplier Diversity, Sustainability, Savings, Inflation Mgmt., and other sourcing initiativesWorks with internal cross functional teams and suppliers to resolve invoice issues in a timely mannerFacilities supplier escalations / issues and coordinates resolution with internal stakeholdersWork with Category Leads to support supplier business review meetingsMaintains the pricing, taxonomy, and other vendor master data utilizing GPLM and other system toolsThe ideal candidate will have:3+ years' experience in regulated industries, preferably with an understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, its quality requirements and GMPsBS / BA degree with 5+ years OR MA / MS degree with 3+ years of Supply Chain and/or Operations and/or Purchasing experience2+ years' experience coordinating or contributing to Change Control process within regulated industries1+ years' Experience in purchasing of raw materials, packaging, supplies, consumables, lab, logistics and servicesExperience working with ERP systems (Oracle and or SAP preferred) or ability to learn systems quickly.Demonstrated financial acumen Ability to effectively use and present data through MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word, Smartsheet's and other Reporting Tools Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
