Project Scheduler | ConstructionSalary: DOE (Depending on Experience)Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Scheduler to join our construction team. This position is responsible for creating, analyzing, and maintaining comprehensive construction project schedules to ensure timely and successful project execution. You'll collaborate closely with project teams, leadership, and clients to mitigate risks, improve efficiency, and support project pursuits.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, analyze, and maintain project schedules based on the scope of work and construction documents.Prepare Critical Path Method (CPM) scenarios for management consideration and incorporate final strategies into comprehensive CPM schedules.Use Microsoft Project (MSP) as the primary scheduling platform; use Primavera P6 if specifically requested by the client.Conduct regular (monthly/bi-weekly) project schedule audits to ensure alignment and compliance.Provide detailed schedule analyses for delays and disruptions, offering insights to mitigate project risk.Document schedule basis and assumptions clearly in written narratives.Collaborate with project teams during preconstruction, execution, and closeout phases.Participate in project pursuits and develop RFP response schedules.Assist project managers and superintendents in developing and maintaining field-level schedules.Accumulate and assess historical and forecast data to support realistic future planning.Ensure all stakeholders are informed of schedule risks, updates, and mitigation strategies.Provide oversight and timely alerts to management about schedule-related concerns.Support a collaborative, positive, and inclusive team environment.Requirements & SkillsStrong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and industry best practices.Proven ability to independently compile complete project schedules.Proficient in Microsoft Project (MSP); experience with Primavera P6 is a plus.Familiarity with Procore and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).Ability to prepare and manage CPM schedules, identify critical paths, and analyze float and impacts.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and ability to work independently.Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment handling multiple deadlines and projects.Education & ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).5+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years as a dedicated project scheduler (minimum);
