This is not an entry-level opportunity "” we are looking for a seasoned paralegal with a deep understanding of New York matrimonial law and courtroom preparation.Key Responsibilities:Draft and review pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and settlement agreementsManage and organize discovery, including document requests, responses, and productionPrepare trial binders, exhibits, and summaries for litigationCoordinate court filings and service of processMaintain case files, docketing, and calendar managementInterface professionally with clients, court staff, experts, and opposing counselProvide proactive litigation support directly to the head partner and, as needed, to other attorneys in the firmQualifications:Minimum 5 years of recent, substantive experience as a paralegal in New York matrimonial/family lawDemonstrated ability to manage discovery and trial preparation independentlyExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong written and verbal communicationAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume legal settingProfessional demeanor and commitment to client confidentialityCompensation & Benefits:Competitive SalaryCommensurate with experience "” we recognize and reward deep expertiseHealth Insurance401(k) PlanPaid Time Off & HolidaysContinuing Legal Education & Training SupportWork Location:100% In-Office "” No Remote/HybridOur office is designed for focus, collaboration, and client service.
