Job Title: Plumbing ForemanLocation: Allentown, PAJob SummaryWe seek a Plumbing Foreman to support and coordinate commercial plumbing activities for ongoing projects in Allentown, PA. This position combines hands-on work with field-level oversight and coordination. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in commercial plumbing and experience guiding crews to ensure quality and efficiency while maintaining safety and code compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning and coordinating daily plumbing tasks in commercial and industrial environments.Perform and support installing, maintaining, and repairing piping systems, valves, drainage systems, and fixtures.Worked with and helped direct a crew in underground plumbing work, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.Interpret blueprints, drawings, and job layouts to install plumbing systemsIdentify and troubleshoot plumbing issues and implement solutions on-site.Monitor work progress to ensure quality standards, safety guidelines, and project deadlines are met.Maintain a clean, safe, organized job site and enforce company safety protocols.Communicate effectively with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to maintain coordination.QualificationsAt least 3 years of experience in commercial plumbing, experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity is a plusStrong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and installation methodsFamiliarity with various plumbing systems and the ability to interpret construction documents.Proficient with hand and power tools commonly used in the trade.Thorough understanding of local plumbing codes and safety regulations.Ability to provide direction to plumbing crews and ensure quality artistry.Strong communication and organizational skills.Consistent and verifiable work history in the commercial plumbing industry.Equal Employment OpportunityAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
