Responsibilities:Drive global sourcing strategies for mechanical commodities, establish supplier partnerships, and improve costs for a global portfolioWork with engineering teams on NPI programs to align sourcing strategies with product requirements and business goals.Negotiate and manage a variety of contractsConduct supplier evaluations, audits, and benchmarkingQualifications:Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or other technical disciplineDemonstrated experience in global sourcing of mechanical commodities and supply chain operationsStrong technical background, knowledge of manufacturing processes for electromechanical productsAbility to travel both internationally and domestically
