They provide a broad range of services across content, technology, and distribution"”and are looking for a dynamic, self starting Office Manager to join their headquarters team.The Role:We're seeking an experienced Office Manager to be the linchpin of daily operations at the company's bustling San Francisco headquarters. Supporting a team of 100+ employees, you'll lead a range of operational functions including HR support, office coordination, vendor management, multi-location logistics, and some event planning. You'll be instrumental in fostering a productive and positive environment that supports company-wide success. If you thrive in a fast-paced, people-first culture and bring a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset to the table, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact with growth on the horizon!Key Responsibilities:Daily Office Operations:Oversee day-to-day office functions for 100+ in-office team members.Serve as the main point of contact for all office-related needs.Coordinate weekly team catering and maintain kitchen/restroom supplies.HR & People Operations Support:Partner with HR on onboarding, offboarding, and employee policy adherence.Assist with maintaining accurate records and supporting compliance processes.Multi-Office Collaboration:Provide operational support to additional offices (e.g., New York, London, local studios) and help ensure alignment across locations.Maintain strong communication across geographically dispersed teams.Emergency Preparedness:Develop, implement, and train employees on emergency protocols and safety procedures.Events & Culture:Plan and execute monthly team outings, happy hours, and cultural events (there will be an event team to take care of bigger company wide events) Support in-office celebrations, artist visits, and internal events that reinforce company values.Administrative & Facilities Management:Maintain office seating charts and manage equipment inventory.Coordinate mail and package distribution.Track attendance and address related issues.Vendor & Executive Support:Manage relationships with vendors (IT, janitorial, snacks, etc.).Support executive teams with scheduling and process coordination as needed.Facilities Maintenance:Manage preventative and routine maintenance for office equipment and appliances.Oversee any special office needs including decor, plaques, and framing.Team Support:Serve as a go-to resource for employees across departments with ad hoc needs.Promote a collaborative and efficient environment for all staff.Qualifications:3+ years in an office manager or facilities coordinator role.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs for office setup or supply needs.Strong communication and organizational skills.Familiarity with Google Suite, Apple products, and Microsoft Office.Experience managing vendors and inventory.High level of initiative and ability to multitask effectively.A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.Compensation & Benefits:Salary: $68,000-$83,000/year (dependent on experience)Discretionary bonus and profit-sharing potentialComprehensive benefits including:Health, dental, and vision coverageCompany-paid life, short-term and long-term disability insuranceHSA and FSA options401(k) planPaid vacation, sick leave, and holidaysCommuter and cell phone allowanceAccess to wellness programs and resourcesEqual Opportunity Statement: Our client is committed to diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity employment.
