You will be expected to:Lead Case Strategy: Develop, implement, and execute case strategies from intake through resolution or jury verdict.Conduct Depositions: Skillfully defend and conduct plaintiff, defense, and expert depositions with clarity, control, and confidence.Courtroom Representation: Represent clients in hearings, settlement conferences, mediations, and trials with strategic insight and persuasive advocacy.Trial Readiness: Prepare detailed trial binders, motions in limine, jury instructions, voir dire questions, and post-trial motions. First- or second-chair trial experience is highly preferred.Draft Legal Documents: Produce polished law and motion documents, discovery responses, and legal memoranda that reflect strong writing and analytical skills.Discovery Management: Analyze and draft discovery, subpoenas, expert designations, and related correspondence. Manage discovery deadlines and compliance with all procedural rules.Client Interaction: Maintain excellent communication and build trust with clients throughout the litigation process. Guide clients through legal strategy and manage expectations effectively.Mentorship & Leadership: Provide guidance and support to junior associates, legal assistants, and paralegals as needed.
