The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented team player who will oversee the entire order process. You will review proposals, negotiate prices, select the best suppliers, analyze trends, follow up with placed orders, verify delivery, approve payment, and maintain necessary records.Responsibilities & Qualifications: Reduce requisition-to-order timeConsolidate and streamline purchasingManage vendor negotiations and performanceDrive BOM cost reductions in collaboration with cross-functional teamsExperience working with ERP or MRP systems is required; NetSuite experience is strongly preferred.Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for purchasing decisions.Experience sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding new vendors to diversify and strengthen supply chains.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach to problem-solving.Familiarity with quality systems such as ISO and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical field.Minimum 5+ years of hands-on purchasing experience in a manufacturing or production environment
