My client is seeking a mid to senior level associate with at least three years of hands-on experience to support a thriving national and international insurance coverage practice. Key Responsibilities:Provide strategic legal counsel on a wide range of insurance coverage matters across various industries and policy types.Represent clients in complex insurance disputes, including litigation involving coverage determinations, claims handling practices, and extra-contractual liability.Advise and support a diverse portfolio of domestic and international clients, including corporations, insurers, reinsurers, and institutional policyholders.Required Skills & Qualifications:Insurance Coverage Experience: At least three years of proven expertise in handling insurance coverage cases, including policy analysis and interpretation.Bad Faith Claims Knowledge: Demonstrated ability to manage cases related to bad faith claims with confidence and precision.Strong Communication Skills: Effectively collaborate and liaise with clients, colleagues, and global teams.Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to case preparation and documentation is essential for success in this role.Candidates must be admitted and in good standing in Florida.Additional bar admissions in other states are a plus.Salary: compensation ranges from $125,000 to $220,000 annually.
