Actively seekingan Learning & Development Assistant for a FULL TIME & Hybrid RoleThe position is fit for a candidate who has had internship or professional experience within Human Resources, including Learning & Development, Professional Development, and events. HOURS: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM ESTSCHEDULE | LOCATION: HYBRID | New York, NYSALARY: $60 - $65K (Commensurate w/Experience) + Discretionary BonusBENEFITS HIGHLIGHTS: Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, etc.IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSBachelor's Degree REQUIREDExperience in a law firm or other professional services environment PREFERREDStrong events coordination and organization skillsExperience with Micron CE Manager and hosting Zoom events a PLUSProficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Zoom REQUIREDROLE RESPONSIBILITIESAssist in the planning, organization and execution of New Associate OrientationAssist with tracking learning trends and making recommendations for future programmingPublicize the Firm's training resources within the New York office and other global offices Issue CLE credits to lawyers, maintaining a general knowledge of CLE rules as needed.Manage eLearning materials on the Firm's learning management systemMonitor weekly arrivals and departures of lawyers and ensure that all relevant department files are updated to reflect status and developmental needs of current associates.General work and assistance on ad-hoc projects.SearchPointNY/Noor Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
