Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney located in Dallas, TX. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients, conducting comprehensive legal research, drafting legal documents, and negotiating settlements. Additionally, the role involves appearing in court, representing clients in trials, and working alongside senior attorneys on complex cases.QualificationsExperienced handling plaintiff-side personal injury cases, from intake through resolution or trialStrong organization skillsStrong Negotiation techniques and a commitment to resolving cases efficiently and quickly Excellent written and verbal communication skillsJuris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolBar admission in the state of Texas requiredAbility to work effectively in a team-based environment onsite at our Dallas, Texas officeRelevant experience in trial and litigation is a plusBenefitsHealth, Dental and Vision insurance3 Weeks PTO per year
