This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected team with a strong legacy in healthcare law and civil defense.Responsibilities:Manage a caseload involving medical malpractice or general insurance defense litigationConduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discoveryTake and defend depositionsRepresent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trialsDevelop litigation strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys and clientsCommunicate with clients, opposing counsel, and expert witnessesWork in a team-oriented, high-volume environmentQualificationsJ.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in California2-3 years of experience with Medical Malpractice OR Insurance Defense CasesExcellent analytical, writing, and communication skillsStrong attention to detail and time managementExperience in healthcare or insurance defense is highly desirable
