Our client is seeking a driven and dependable Assistant Property Management to support the management of a diverse commercial real estate portfolio. This posiition includes a balance between administrative responsibilities and field visits, supporting day to day operations. About You:1-3 years of experience in a similar Assistant Property Manager role (commercial experience preferred)Proficiency in financial reporting and billing processesFamiliarity with managing large portfolios and multiple property assetsEffective time management in a hybrid work environmentAbility to work independently and manage competing prioritiesAbout the Job:Assist in the daily operations and management of office/commercial propertiesHandle financial reporting, billing, and vendor coordinationSupport the management of a multi-property portfolioConduct regular property inspections and address tenant needsCollaborate with senior team members and ensure smooth operation of assetsMaintain records and ensure data integrity in property management software (Yardi)The ideal candidate is self-motivated, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and can handle a high workload independently. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Mt. Laurel, NJ, offering up to $85,000 annually depending on experience.
