We value integrity, innovation, and teamwork"”and we're proud to support our employees' growth and well-being.What You'll Do:Assemble small antennas and subassemblies using blueprints and operation sheetsSolder, wire, and handle small complex components with precisionWork under a microscope for extended periodsCollaborate with QA and test teams to ensure quality standardsPerform rework and repairs when neededFollow safety procedures and wear PPE when requiredPhysical Requirements:Must be able to stoop, bend, lift up to 30 lbs, and work with small parts using fine motor skills.
