Project Manager - Bay AreaWe have an immediate opportunity for an Associate Project Manager for the San Francisco Bay area. This position requires experience in the power industry working with the utilities on electrical overhead and underground projects.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAbility to create and execute project plan and make changes as neededExperience managing cost, schedule and changes when required and managing all documents as they pertain to the projectAbility to communicate and manage risk managementAbility to realize necessary changes required to meet the demands of the crew and clientTrack and manage all job costs as they relate to the project utilizing ExcelResponsible for client relationships to include unpaid invoices when requiredExcellent communication skills which include building relationships with clients and their team for the purpose of future business and changes required for the projectWill be responsible for day-to-day client interactionAbility to prioritize daily work activitiesAccurate data entry skillsExperience and Education4-year degree in Engineering or Construction Management desiredComputer skill proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, MS Office to include Excel, Word, and Outlook as well as , and PrimaveraElectric Utilities Construction desired with formal project management trainingAbility to understand revenue models, profit and loss, and cost to construction projectionsAttention to detail driven, organized, results driven, and outside the box critical thinkerExcellent verbal and written communication skills required(Associate Project Manager, Utilities, Electrical, Distribution, Overhead, Underground, Construction, Primavera, Excel, , PMP, Assistant Project Manager)
