Executive Assistant to Founders - Tech Start Up

This role will expertly handle all of the founders' day to day administrative needs, establish new processes, and act as an extension of the executives. The ideal candidate has experience supporting leadership at a hypergrowth tech company and/or fast-moving startup.This is an amazing opportunity to join an exciting, cutting-edge company as they embark on their upwards trajectory!THE NITTY GRITTY:Act as an extension of the co-founders & company with professionalism & polishExpertly prioritize founders' time, oversee calendar management, organize meetings, and address scheduling conflictsCoordinate travel and prepare itinerariesManage email inbox and respond to internal & external communications with a sense of urgency & professionalismKeep the office running smoothly & efficientlyPlan company events, offsites, and meetingsAttend meetings and calls to note important action items and send corresponding follow-upsPrepare presentations and meeting materialsTrack and process expensesAssist with various tasks and projects, as neededTHE ESSENTIALS:3+ years of experience as an Executive AssistantExperience supporting an executive at a startup or hypergrowth tech company requiredSelf-starter with the ability to thrive in a high-growth environmentStrategic & process-oriented mindsetClear & concise communication styleSuperb organizational skillsAdaptable nature and ability to shift priorities as neededTHE CHERRY ON TOP:Opportunity to join a well-funded startup as they scale to the next level!Work alongside a bright & innovative executive teamLOCATION: New York City - Flatiron District (Onsite)COMPENSATION: $130k - 180k base salary + equity + benefits (exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and expertise)What are you waiting for?
