Job Title: Project AdministratorLocation: Onsite in Hermiston, OREmployment Type: Contract to HirePay Rate: $25.75 per hourSchedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (with some overtime)Job Description:LHH Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our client's team in Boardman, OR. This role is fully onsite and offers a contract-to-hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of payroll and administrative functions and provide essential support to their project management team.Key Responsibilities:Collect Daily Field Reports: Gather and compile daily reports from field operations.Enter Data into Timesheets: Accurately input data from field reports into timesheets and forward them to the payroll department.Process Checks: Handle the processing of checks, including printing and obtaining necessary signatures.Clerical Support: Provide general clerical support such as filing, printing, scanning, and copying documents.Create and Submit Reports: Generate various reports as required and ensure timely submission to relevant stakeholders.Organize Team Events and Lunches: Plan and coordinate team events and appreciation lunches to foster a positive team environment.Order Office Supplies: Manage the inventory and ordering of office supplies to ensure the team has the necessary resources.Qualifications:Experience: 2+ years of administrative support knowledge. Exposure to processing payroll is a bonus.Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and team members.Adaptability: Flexibility to handle changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
