Position: Project ManagerLocation: Riverside, CAIndustry: ConstructionExperience: DSA & OSHPD and K-14 Educational Facilities ProjectsEmployment Type: Full-timePosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee K-14 educational facility construction projects in Riverside, CA. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing Division of the State Architect (DSA) and Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD) regulated projects, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and quality expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Oversight: Lead all phases of K-14 construction projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to safety standards, budgets, and timelines.Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.Documentation & Compliance: Review and interpret construction drawings, project specifications, and contractual obligations. Ensure all project activities comply with DSA and OSHPD regulations.Scheduling & Budgeting: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets, monitoring progress and addressing any discrepancies or potential risks.Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure the highest standards of work are met.Team Leadership: Provide leadership to the project team, including subcontractors and laborers, ensuring effective communication and workflow.Reporting: Maintain proper documentation for all project activities, including daily logs, safety reports, and inspection records.
