Job Title: Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Contract)Location: Onsite - Tucson, AZSchedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMType: 6-month contractPay Range: $50.00/hr. - $60.00/hr.Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support the Director, Human Resources - Global Support Functions and Global COE. This individual will provide comprehensive HR support across employment functions including recruitment, employee relations, organizational development, and total rewards. The successful candidate will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to execute initiatives that align with organizational goals and foster a high-performance, inclusive culture.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with the HR Director to execute talent review processes and development plans.Support change management efforts and structural realignments across business units.Analyze and interpret employee engagement and survey data; support action planning and implementation.Assist in identifying training and development needs across the organization.Support initiatives related to Inclusion & Diversity.Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.Provide guidance on HR practices, labor law, and employment regulations.Contribute to organizational design and workforce planning.Support and manage employee relations and HR communications as needed.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.3-6 years of HRBP experience supporting large-scale commercial or manufacturing organizations (e.g., Nike, Raytheon, University of Arizona, Caterpillar, etc.).Solid understanding of labor law, employment regulations, and HR best practices.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems"”Oracle HCM a plusStrong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.SHRM-CP/SCP or equivalent certification preferred, but not required.Ideal Candidate TraitsA strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working under tight deadlines.Collaborative, adaptable, and highly organized.Passionate about fostering employee engagement and inclusion.This job description is a complete list of all desired skills, but not all are required.
