DescriptionHandle incoming calls for the Unemployment Insurance Bureau. Answer client questions and/or direct calls to the appropriate party.Input data from source documents. Use alphanumeric and ten key data entries.FilingAccount research/analysis which requires reviewing employers' accounts in our mainframe systemReceives, and reviews source documents compares documents to database information, edits, codes, and corrects or returns documents.May maintain records and files regarding work processed.Job RequirementsAbility to operate multiline phones, reception and interpersonal skills.Experience in office operations such as operating office machines, handling incoming and outgoing mail, postal and shipping services, answering phones, directing calls and taking messages; file maintenance, and maintaining and updating supplies.Experience in using an automated information system to enter, update, modify, delete, retrieve, inquire and report on data.
