Driven to lead a team of mechanics to uphold our core purpose of providing the highest quality of repairs and preventative maintenance that goes above and beyond industry standards. Among those benefits are 401K with a company match, and company paid benefits such as dental and life policies, PTO, and paid holidays.Our Garage Managers are responsible for, but not limited to:· Adhering to safety standards of employees and equipment· Upholding DOT equipment standards· Handling the recall process of parts· Assigning work to mechanics· Communicating with operations and customers to ensure equipment is available as needed.· Training mechanics in current and new technology· Ensuring the highest quality of work performed by mechanics· Participate in developing, tracking, and reporting processes for current and future projects· Assist with assets management, inventory, warrantees and special projects· Provide reports to directors as necessaryKnowledge and Skills Required:· 5 years hands on diesel maintenance and repair· Knowledge of industry standard tools· Leadership and management skills· Knowledge of DOT maintenance standards· Proficient with using computer and software programsCompany Profile:KC Logistics, Inc. began over 38 years ago with one truck at one location in Monroe Co.
