This key business partner will be a vital in ensuring the successful onboarding of new professionals along with supporting the District Vice Presidents.Local point of contact for all new associatesWorks with Technology Manager to ensure PEP receives materials and technologyGuides PEP thru onboarding processAssists with exam prep and schedulingIs a partner with Onboarding ManagerWorks with DMs in office around interview prep material and organizes.Works with DMs to ensure data in Smartsheet is accurateEnsures DMs have resources for meetingsPreps interview materials for DMsWorks in concert with Talent Acquisition and follows up w/ leads as neededExperience Preferred:Able to resolve conflict, problems, and function independentlyStrong leadership skillsQuick to learn and implement, regardless of resultProactive decision-makingCan organize tasks and prioritizeMeets deadlinesKnows how to guide people thru a processDisplays good judgment & partners where necessaryUnderstands the need for confidentiality at all levels of workAbility to serve as primary contact to and communicate with financial professionals with diplomacy and tact1-2 years experience
