The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, the ability to read and write in both Korean and English, and a collaborative spirit to work closely with our production and sales teams to bring innovative and market-relevant designs to life.Key Responsibilities:Forecast and interpret current fashion trends to create designs that align with our brand identity and market needs.Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and meet quality standards.Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and adjust designs accordingly.Participate in fittings and production meetings to ensure the final product meets the design intent.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and new design techniques.Qualifications:5+ years of experience as a fashion designer, preferably with import experience in women's apparel.Strong ability to forecast fashion trends and translate them into commercially viable designs.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Must be able to read and write in both Korean and English.
