Position: Human Resources SpecialistOur client, a dynamic and evolving organization, is seeking a HR Specialist to join their team. This role will be instrumental in optimizing HR systems and supporting employee lifecycle processes through a lens of data accuracy, operational efficiency, and collaboration.The ideal candidate thrives in a detail-oriented environment, enjoys working across teams, and is passionate about enhancing processes through systems, automation, and reporting tools.Key Responsibilities:Serve as a resource to internal stakeholders on HR process execution and workforce initiatives.Support HR systems and operations, ensuring smooth onboarding, data management, and employee experience touchpoints.Maintain high standards of data integrity through audits, clean-up, and continuous monitoring of employee and contingent worker information.Utilize tools such as Workday, Excel, and Tableau to create reports and dashboards that empower internal clients to access data with ease.Coordinate employment documentation, including offer letters, confidentiality agreements, and contracts for services.Oversee onboarding logistics for new team members, ensuring a consistent and compliant experience.Handle background check processes and employment verifications in a timely and professional manner.Manage confidential inquiries from employees and provide thoughtful follow-up, escalating when appropriate.Collaborate cross-functionally on projects involving systems enhancements, reporting capabilities, and process streamlining.Identify and implement opportunities to automate manual tasks and drive workflow efficiencies.Partner with HR and business leaders to deliver insight-driven recommendations on workforce planning and organizational operations.Qualifications:3-5 years of professional experience in human resources, people operations, or HRIS coordination.Exposure to HRIS platforms (Workday experience strongly preferred).Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and PowerPoint; comfort with data analysis tools is a plus.Strong communication skills, discretion with sensitive information, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.Compensation: $68,000-$90,000 + OT eligible
