The team values collaboration, innovation, and data-driven decision-making"”and they're looking for a skilled professional to help drive that mission forward.Job Description:This role is ideal for a highly analytical HRIS professional who thrives in a data-rich environment. You'll be responsible for building dashboards, generating custom reports, and supporting executive leadership with workforce insights. This person will play a crucial role in aligning HR data with overall business strategy and performance goals.Key Responsibilities:Build dashboards and custom reports within the HRIS system (Dayforce currently; Workday in the future).Analyze key workforce metrics such as hiring trends, attrition rates, and revenue by region or division.Collaborate with Finance and executive leadership to integrate HR data into business planning.Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.Identify and implement improvements to current reporting processes and tools.Utilize AI tools to streamline and automate reporting functions.Manage and interpret data across 100+ business entities throughout the U.S.Qualifications:Strong experience working with HRIS platforms; Dayforce preferred, Workday a plus.Ability to build complex reports and dashboards, not just extract data.Background working within a multi-entity or multi-location structure.Comfortable presenting to and working closely with C-level executives.Demonstrated ability to read and analyze data to spot trends, discrepancies, and opportunities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Additional Details:Full-time, permanent opportunityOnsite requirement: 2 days/week in-officeReports to senior leadershipPerks:Competitive base salary with annual performance bonusHybrid work scheduleComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with matchExposure to executive-level decision-making and strategic planning
