There is huge potential for growth, and we welcome anyone who is up to a challenging yet rewarding journey!Position DescriptionReporting to the Regional Manager and above, the Human Resources Generalist/Barista plays a dual role in supporting both people operations and day-to-day store activities. They are responsible for coordinating HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and team development, while also contributing to store success through direct customer service and shift support. This role ensures effective staffing, promotes a positive workplace culture, and helps maintain an inclusive, energetic, and growth-focused environment for both employees and customers.Duties and ResponsibilitiesMaintain frequent and uninterrupted communication with the Regional Manager and ensure that the company's regulatory and operational policies and guidelines of the store are followed.Demonstrate exceptional guest service and superior follow-up skills with customers or potential customers.Assist in store operations by preparing ingredients, maintaining inventory levels, ensuring cleanliness, and any ad hoc tasks.Assess and screen incoming resumes from recruitment sites (e.g. Indeed) to identify potential candidates suitable for the position.Conduct in-person or phone interviews and ask appropriate questions to determine suitability.Prepare and send all hiring paperwork and information packets to new employees and coordinate with other departmental staff to register them.Handle the onboarding process of new RFBT partners.Communicate and coordinate with the Regional Manager to determine staffing needs for different store locations.Expectation of Successful Candidate2-3 years experience in HR1+ years experience in the food industry is a plusLanguage proficiency in English, with strong oral and written communication skillsStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsStrong multitasking skills and ability to perform tasks effectively under pressureExceptional customer service skills and demonstrate strong communicationHigh level of organizational capabilitiesAbility to implement RFBT's policies and procedures effectivelyPay $65,000-$75,000 Per Year
