eCommerce ManagerG-III Apparel Group New York City Metropolitan Area (On-site)The eCommerce Manager will manage and execute the digital commerce strategy. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker and have the ability to drive a growth mindset culture, while being hands on and detail oriented when analyzing and driving the businesses. The individual will have experience generating significant growth for ecommerce businesses, delivering a best-in-class and engaging customer experience, and using analytics to evaluate and drive strategic initiatives. Reporting to: Director of eCommerceBrand/Product Focus: eCommerceLocation (On-Site): New York City, Midtown Manhattan - Fashion DistrictResponsibilities:Partner with marketing, merchandising, planning, IT and finance teams to build the eCommerce strategy, establish sales plans and align with overall company strategy and financial goals.Manage the eCommerce P&L. Formulate sales plans and budgets across each brand. Manage and monitor all eCommerce related expenses and activity to balance growth and profit efforts against financial objectives. Leverage operational synergies across brands to improve profitability.Partner with marketing, merchandising and IT to develop the digital roadmap, execute the digital strategy and achieve a best-in-class site customer experience.Partner closely with Marketing teams to align key initiatives and messaging to build brand equity through site experience. Develop and execute the digital promotion strategy.Utilize Google Analytics, operational system reporting and other reporting tools to identify and action on customer trends and consumer reaction to sites. Report data to inform stakeholders on key trends and make data driven recommendations. Partner with performance marketing team on customer acquisition goals at acceptable ROI and cost per customer.Partner with CRM/customer development team on strategies to drive repeat purchases and customer loyalty. Drive innovation by monitoring competition and exploring strategic vendor partner opportunities to build sales and customer engagement on the sites. Manage relationships with eCommerce vendor partners and agencies.Coordinate projects with technical teams and internal stakeholders on key site enhancement projects.Coordinate with cross functional teams to manage site content, site merchandising, order fulfillment and customer service.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher, MBA a plus4+ years of eCommerce experienceDetailed understanding of end-to-end e-commerce processes including clear understanding of website infrastructure, content management, product attribution, and customer-facing functionalityDeep understanding of ecommerce content management systems - Shopify Plus experience a plusStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret extensive data to make actionable recommendationsEntrepreneurial spirit, ability to work quickly, efficiently, and strategically across internal and external teams.Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, develop, and grow teams. Able to manage up, down and across with resultsProficient in M.S. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Power BI experience a plus.
