Job Description

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, logistics, and customer service within our 3PL environment. This role will manage inventory, optimize workflows, lead warehouse and operational teams, and ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high service levels. Key Responsibilities:Warehouse & Logistics Management:Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels through audits and cycle counts.Implement and oversee warehouse management system (WMS) usage for operational accuracy.Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with transportation providers and clients.Operational Oversight & Process Improvement:Coordinate and manage daily operations across customer care, warehouse activities, and logistics.Identify and implement operational improvements, leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, and automation.Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouse and logistics efficiency.Team Leadership & Development:Recruit, train, and mentor warehouse and operations staff to maintain a high-performance team.Assign tasks and monitor staff performance, providing feedback and coaching as necessary.Enforce adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies.Customer & Client Relations:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding warehouse and logistics operations.Ensure client SLAs and service level expectations (SLEs) are met or exceeded.Provide weekly and monthly performance reports to clients and senior management.Safety & Compliance:Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring adherence to OSHA and workplace safety guidelines.Conduct safety training and enforce proper handling of materials and equipment.Investigate workplace incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).QualificationsSpeaks Korean (required)Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.5+ years of experience in warehouse and logistics management, preferably within a 3PL environment.Strong leadership and team management skills.Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes.Experience with shipping, receiving, and transportation logistics.Ability to analyze data and implement operational improvements.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and compliance.Working Conditions:This position may require occasional travel to various 3PL provider locations.Must be able to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones and operational demands.Compensation and Benefits:· Health, Dental, Vision Insurance - 100% coverage for you and family· 401(K) with Company Match· Free Daily Lunch Catering· Annual performance-based incentives· Certification Recognition Program· Fitness Center Membership Subsidy ProgramWork Conditions· Salary: Starting at $65,000 - $87,000 (based on experience)· Full time On-Site Employment· Location: Carson, CA· Hours: M-F, 8AM to 5PM
