Program Coordinator

Join our clients' team as a Program Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in organizing and optimizing clinical service line programs to drive quality outcomes and elevate the patient experience.Responsibilities:Lead coordination and daily operations of service line programs, ensuring smooth execution and continuous improvement.Analyze patient population trends to shape programming and prioritize initiatives.Plan, implement, and evaluate programs, events, and services with measurable goals (volume, cost, quality, satisfaction).Collaborate with Marketing and internal teams to promote programs and increase engagement.Act as a liaison among interdisciplinary teams, patients, families, and external providers.Track patient outcomes and satisfaction data; create improvement plans as needed.Support staff education, training, and equipment evaluations across departments.Facilitate patient education efforts and maintain program certifications and compliance.Stay current on healthcare trends, regulations, and payer requirements.Step into a leadership role when the Program Manager is unavailable.Qualifications:Strong communication, facilitation, and team-building skills.Experience in healthcare program coordination or clinical support.Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and improve outcomes.Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities.Willingness to start early (7 AM) 2-3 times/month as needed.
