How You Will Make an ImpactHave an expert knowledge and skills within the maintenance area in regard to electrical systems and controls including:Control systems programming (Allen-Bradley PLCs, SLC500, Control Logix, Ethernet/IP, DeviceNet, Siemens, Omron)Writing and developing programs, logic, and other associated functions to understand and resolve manufacturing equipment issuesAbility for hands-on electrical and control troubleshootingHuman/Machine Interfaces (HMIs)Electrical schematicsAutoCad.Fully implement and maintain a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) using Asset Essentials throughout the facilityMonitors the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and initiates reordering, when necessary, through the CMMSSchedule planned maintenance activities while working with internal and external customersDevelop procedures to improve uptime on all manufacturing equipmentDevelop and distribute maintenance documentationCoordinates special projects as assigned by the Engineering Manager or Director of OperationsInitiates projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costsAssists in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractorsMaintains a professional, courteous manner with all visitors, vendors, contractors, and fellow employeesWorks within established budget and expense limitsSupervises 3-5 Maintenance Supervisors and responsible for:Employee development, training, and conflict resolutionRegular communication with all Team Members working in the Maintenance Department concerning daily and ongoing maintenance issuesConducting regular performance reviews based on job descriptions to determine knowledge, skills, and ability of the maintenance mechanicsFollows established company policies and those outlined in the Employee Handbook.Assures food safety standards with regards to GMPs and HACCP plan are being followed by self and fellow employeesWhat You Will Bring Must have a minimum of 10 years maintenance management/supervisory experienceHas strong technical knowledge and skills of:Manufacturing/production/distribution equipment, machinery, and facilitiesMechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and pumping systemsA strong working knowledge of preventative maintenance programs and strategies.A good understanding of KPIs.A strong working knowledge of Predictive Maintenance technologiesStrong working knowledge of RCM and TPMA strong knowledge of 5s.Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)Familiarity in drafting and understanding blueprints and schematicsEffective communication and people management skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentWhat We OfferWe offer a competitive salary and an excellent benefits package, including medical, dental and vision insurance, basic and optional life insurance, short- and long-term disability protection, flexible spending accounts, and a 401(k) plan with company match, paid parental leave, pet insurance, tuition assistance, a generous PTO plan and so much more!
