Physical Therapist

Pride Health is hiring a Travel Physical Therapist to support our client's medical facility based in Mammoth Lakes, CA. This contract opportunity is an excellent way to begin working with a top-tier healthcare organization.Responsibilities:Conducts thorough evaluations and assessments tailored to each patient's diagnosis to establish baseline function and identify treatment needs.Develops individualized treatment plans, regularly reassessing and updating them every six weeks"”or sooner"”as needed based on patient progress.Administers evidence-based physical therapy techniques aligned with the patient's condition and therapeutic goals.Applies appropriate physical therapy modalities, ensuring their safe and effective use based on clinical indications.Maintains accurate and timely documentation of patient progress to support physician follow-up, insurance compliance, and reimbursement processes.Collaborates with healthcare providers and care teams to optimize patient outcomes through coordinated treatment planning and communication.Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.Active California Physical Therapist (PT) license requiredCurrent BLS certification from the American Heart AssociationOver 2 years of experienceAdditional Information: Location: Mammoth Lakes, CAJob Type: Contract - 13 weeks possible extensionSchedule: 5x8 Days - Monday to Friday 09:00 am to 05:00 pmPay Range: 2,580.00 to 2,655.00 weekly Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
