Job Description

This is not a remote position.As a member of our team, you will enjoy the constant motion of day to day recruiting activities for our busy manufacturing Plants. Recruiters manage the full life cycle of the requisition including partnering with our hiring managers and guiding the process from open to close.ResponsibilitiesSource, identify, and engage candidates through a variety of ways, including but not limited to local school partnerships, job boards, and referralMaintain and track applicant flow and feedback loops in conjunction with Human Resources and the hiring managerDocument and track candidate progress through the process using the applicant tracking system (ATS)Manage the recruitment process from sourcing through offer stages; coordinate start dates and new hire onboardingPartner with social media team to appropriately market jobs to seekers through social channelsMonitor and ensure company compliance with government immigration hiring laws and regulations ensuring compliance with all federal employment law regulationsMaintain and nurture pipeline for key field positionsCommunicate regularly with hiring managers regarding active searches and the local talent marketMaintain record of recruiting activitiesOther duties as assignedRequirements1-3 years of high volume, skilled labor recruitmentPrevious experience in manufacturing preferredExcellent communication skills required (written and verbal)Excellent interpersonal skills required; ability to work well with individuals of all levelsExcellent project management and organizational skills requiredStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) requiredDemonstrated ability to use discretion and good judgement, as well as maintain a high level of confidentialityAbility to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously with limited supervision and strong attention to detailKnowledge of AAP/EEO regulations relating to personnel selectionAbility to maintain accurate recordsBilingual Is Required For This Position
