Production Supervisor

My client is an International industry leading meat processor and they are looking for a Production Supervisor for the facility located in Northeast Georgia. This role is on their mid shift and will be responsible for about 15 non union associates.Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the swing shiftEnsure compliance with USDA, HACCP, and company food safety standardsMonitor employee performance and provide coaching and trainingCollaborate with maintenance, QA, and logistics teams to resolve issuesMaintain accurate production records and reportsPromote a culture of safety and continuous improvement ? Qualifications:3+ years of supervisory experience in a food or meat processing environmentStrong knowledge of food safety regulations and production best practicesExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a cold, fast-paced environmentBilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
